about the founders:

Arik Altheim – CEO

Arik Altheim began his career in the electrical industry in 2008, working for a leading electrical firm. While there, he managed multimillion-dollar electrical projects for major real estate development companies in New York City. This experience honed his project management and leadership expertise.

In 2017, Arik obtained his Master Electrician License from the New York City Department of Buildings and decided to establish Life Spot Electric. His vision was to leverage his knowledge, experience, and passion for the trade to benefit the community, employees, and clients.

 

 

Sol Cohen – Director of Operations

Sol Cohen brings over a decade of experience in operations and project management within the fire alarm, security, and low-voltage systems industries. His career began with managing field operations for high-rise residential and commercial developments across New York City, where he developed a sharp eye for detail and a commitment to code compliance and system integrity.

At Life Spot Fire & Security, Sol plays a critical role in overseeing day-to-day operations, coordinating with clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure every installation meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. His deep knowledge of fire alarm and access control systems, paired with his leadership in managing complex project schedules, has positioned him as a cornerstone of the company’s success.
